I have spent the last 10 years working inside small teams and alongside them as a strategist. Both sides have taught me the same thing: growing organizations are dealing with too much to do, not enough systems to support it, and not enough time in the day.
That is where I come in.
I am a Kansas State grad with a background in agricultural communications, digital media, and nonprofit leadership. I have spent a lot of time figuring out how to do more with less and make it look intentional. I have worked in organizations where every dollar and every hour counts, and that experience shapes how I approach every client engagement.
For the past 10 years, I have done everything from social media and digital strategy to systems evaluation and website design. It is work that fills my creative cup and keeps me sharp.
I am an Enneagram 6, which means I show up, ask the hard questions, and will genuinely go down a rabbit hole with you if that is what it takes to solve the problem.
The results I am most proud of are the functional ones. Helping organizations secure over half a million dollars in grants. Growing social platforms 25% year over year. Taking teams from no digital presence to showing up consistently and confidently.
